         It gives me an immense pleasure in putting forth brief information of Mechanical Engineering Department. As we Know that Mechanical Engineering is Versatile & Evergreen branch of Engineering. A mechanical Engineer can work in various specialized area like automotive system, Bio Engineering, Combustion & propulsion, Design Engineering, Dynamic system & controls, Energy system & Thermodynamics, Fluid power Engineering, Heat Transfer, Refrigeration & Air conditioning, etc.
         Due to Above Versatile Opportunities fields, Department has Intake of 60 Students. Mechanical Engineering Department has 10 well Equipment Laboratories to sustain Practical knowledge & fulfilling the Academics in practicals in each subject.
         Department has fully Equipped Work shop for gaining the basic Knowledge in Engineering.
         Also Department has well Equipped CAD/CAM center under which Auto-CAD, CAD/CAM, CATIAV5 etc.Short durable cources are conducted. also under this Lab. CNC Lathe & CNC Milling machines are available to adapt Industry based Knowledge in Production. TDepartment has Separate training & placement cell for providing vacation Inplant Trainings & Placement activities of final year students.
